**Dental Implant Warranty Terms, Conditions, and Limitations. If an implant fails to integrate, we are committed to a one-time replacement free of charge. For this warranty to stay valid, annual implant examinations, X-rays, and regular dental cleanings must be conducted at our office. It is important to mention that this warranty does not extend to individuals who smoke or those who have or develop an uncontrolled systemic health issue, such as diabetes, autoimmune disorders, severe osteoporosis, or any condition that necessitates long-term steroid usage. Additionally, this warranty does not cover implant failure resulting from accidents, such as car accidents. If smoking or a medical condition is suspected as the cause of implant failure or other complications requiring our treatment, a medical examination and appropriate blood tests will be necessary for the warranty to be applicable.
